INSTRUCTIONS

1) The Registrar Office, University of Education, Lahore shall not be responsible for any delay in case the Application Form is not complete in all respects

2) The Fee for issuance of No Objection Certificate on ORDINARY BASIS is Rs. 1500/- (including NOC Form Fee). The NOC on Ordinary basis will be issued
within seven working days from the date of submission of NOC application form

3) The Fee for issuance of No Objection Certificate on URGENT BASIS is Rs. 2000/- (including NOC Form Fee). The NOC on urgent basis will be issued
within three working days from the date of submission of NOC application form

4) The Applicant should provide the attested copies of CNIC and the result card of the last degree completed from University of Education, Lahore

5) For issuance of Duplicate NOC, the applicant should submit an Affidavit on a Stamp Paper worth Rs. 20/- (at least), duly attested by the Oath
Commissioner or a First Class Magistrate to the effect that the NOC already issued has lost and it has not been used for any purpose

6) The Applicant who intends to leave the University without completing the degree, should submit an affidavit on a Stamp Paper worth Rs. 20/- (at least),
duly attested by the Oath Commissioner to the effect that he/she wants to discontinue the program / leave the University without completing the
program at his/her own and his/her admission may be considered as cancelled

7) For the applicant who failed to qualify his/her relevant degree should submit an application through his/her Director/Principal for issuance of NOC stating
that he/she could not qualify in all the chances and he/ she may be issued the NOC

8) The Fee may be deposited through Fee Deposit Challan / Demand Draft in favour of Treasurer, University of Education, Lahore
