1. उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन और चिकित्सा परीक्षा में भाग लेने के लिए संबधि
ं त नियंत्रण अधिकारियों से ड्यटू ी पास प्राप्तकरें ।
Candidates are advised to collect duty passes from the respective controlling officials to attend the Document Verification & medical
examination.
2.डीवी के बाद अगले कार्य दिवस पर मेडिकल जांच आयोजित की जाएगी। इसलिए, सभी कर्मचारियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे मे डि कल परीक्षा की भी तैयारी करके आएं ।
Medical Examination will be conducted on next working day after DV. Hence, all the employees are advised to come prepare for medical
exam also.
 Instructions
1. You are required to produce the following Original Certificates / Documents in support of your candidature i.e.,
educational qualifications, age, community etc. during verification.
a. SSC Certificate in proof of date of birth.
b. Educational Qualification Degree / ITI / Inter relevant to the Post/s notified.
c. Three recent passport size colour photographs.
d. Two sets of photocopies of all your original certificates (Self Attested)
e. Candidates belonging to SC / ST community should produce original caste certificate in prescribed
format issues by competent authority (viz at least by Tahsildar) bearing seal of office of issuing
authority
f. Candidate belonging to OBC community should produce the latest original community certificate along
with OBC before Date of Notification in the prescribed format specifically indicating that the candidate
does not belong to persons/sections (creamy layer)
g. PWBD candidates are advised to submit original physical disability certificate with percentage of
disability mentioned in the prescribed format.
h. Candidates have to make their own arrangements for their stay for attending the verification of original
certificate & Medical exam. RRC will not make any arrangements for their accommodation.
i. Candidates among suitable list published vide notice dated 15.10.2024, should produce original medical
certificate as per Performa VI, duly signed and stamped by an eye specialist and colour photo attested
on the prescribed place. Performa VI enclosed herewith.
j. Candidates those who are not found fit in medical classification for the post notified in GDCE notification
NO. 01/2023 will not be given any opportunity for re-medical as there are no railway board guidelines.
Note:
1. All certificates must bear the correct name of the candidate as mentioned in the application.
2. No Request for change in date & venue of verification of documents will be entertained.
3. The candidature of a candidate shall be rejected if he/she fails to produce original mark sheets / caste
certificate/ Other documents attached with the application form or declaration/details given in application form
is found to be incorrect or incomplete at the time of verification of documents and no further time will be given
to produce the time.
4. Candidates may note that if they are found ineligible or have indulged in any malpractice at any stage of
recruitment process the Railway administration shall have the right to reject the candidature of such
candidate(s) or even terminate his/her services if appointed.

अनुदेश
1. आपको सत्यापन के दौरान अपने उम्मीदवार यानी शैक्षणिक योग्यता, आयु, समुदाय आदी के समर्थन मे निम्नलिखित मूल प्रमाण पत्र/दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने की
आवश्यकता है।
क. जन्म तिथी के प्रमाण मे एस एस सी प्रमाण पत्र
ख. शैक्षणिक योग्यता डिग्री/ आयटीआय इंटर पोस्ट/एस अधिसूचित करने के लिये प्रासंगिक
ग. हाल ही में पासपोर्ट आकार की तीन रंगीन तस्वीरें ।
घ. आपके सभी मूल प्रमाणपत्रो की फोटोकॉपी के दो सेट (स्व सत्यापित)
ङ. अनुसचि ू त जाती और अनुसचि ू त जनजाती समुदाय के उम्मीदवारो को सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा निर्धारित प्रारूप के मूददो मे मूल जाती प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत
करना चाहिये (अर्थात तहसीलदार द्वारा कम से कम) जारी करने वाले प्राधिकारी के कार्यालय कि मुहर
च. ओबीसी समुदाय से संबंधित उम्मीदवार को निर्धारित प्रारूप मे अधिसूचना की तारीख से पहले ओबीसी के साथ नवीनतम मूल सामुदायिक प्रमाण पत्र
छ. प्रस्तुत करना चाहिये , जिसमे विशेष रूप से यह दर्शाया गया हो कि उम्मीदवार व्यक्तीयो/वर्गों (क्रिमीलेयर) से संबंधित नहीं है।
ज. पी डब्ल्यू बी डी उम्मीदवारो को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे निर्धारित प्रारूप मे उल्लिखीत विकलांगता के प्रतिशत के साथ मूल शारीरिक विकलांगता
प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत करें ।
झ. उम्मीदवारो को मूल प्रमाण पत्र और चिकित्सा परीक्षा के सत्यापन मे भाग लेने के लिये अपने रहने के लिये अपनी व्यवस्था करनी होगी। आरआरसी
उनके आवास के लिये कोई व्यवस्था नहीं करेगा।
ञ. दिनांक १५.१०.२०२४ के नोटिस द्वारा प्रकाशित उपयुक्त सूची में से उम्मीदवारों को प्रोफार्मा VI के अनुसार मूल चिकित्सा प्रमाण पत्र, एक नेत्र
विशेषज्ञ द्वारा विधिवत हस्ताक्षरित और मुहर लगा हु आ और निर्धारित स्थान पर सत्यापित रंगीन फोटो प्रस्तुत करना चाहिए। प्रोफार्मा VI इसके साथ
संलग्न है।
ट. जो उम्मीदवार जीडीसीई अधिसूचना संख्या ०१/२०२३ में अधिसूचित पद के लिए मेडिकल वर्गीकरण में फिट नहीं पाए जाएं गे , उन्हें दोबारा मेडिकल के
लिए कोई अवसर नहीं दिया जाएगा क्योंकि रेलवे बोर्ड के कोई दिशानिर्देश नहीं हैं।

Note:
1. सभी प्रमाण पत्र आवेदन मे उल्लिखीत उम्मीदवार का सही नाम अवश्य वहन करते हैं।
2. दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन की तारीख और स्थान में बदलाव के लिये किसी भी अनुरोध पार विचार नाही किया जाएगा ।
3. यदी वह मूल अंकपत्र / जाती प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने में विफल रहता है तो किसी उम्मीदवार कि उम्मीदवारी को अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा। आवेदन पत्र के साथ
संलग्न अन्य दस्तावेज या आवेदन पत्र मे दिये गए घोषणा/ विवरण दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन के समय गलत या अधुरे पाए जाते हैं और समय का उत्पादन करने के लिये
और समय नहीं दिया जाएगा।
4. उम्मीदवार ध्यान दे कि यदी वे अपात्र पाए जाते हैं या किसी भी स्तर पर किसी कदाचार मे लिप्त हैं भरती प्रक्रिया रेलवे प्रशासन को ऐसे उम्मीदवार कि उम्मीदवारो
को अस्वीकार करने या नियुक्त किये जाने पर उसकी सेवाएं समाप्त करने का अधिकार होगा।
