a. INSTALLING THE FRONT PANEL:


I. Attach the side cover of the system case.
II. Align the screw holes of the front panel to the case and secure it using the appropriate type and number of screws.
III. Attach the front panel to the system case.
IV. Secure it with appropriate screws.

b. PROCESSING AND HEAT SINK OF FAN ASSEMBLY


I. Align the heat sink fan assembly retainers with the holes in the motherboard.
II. Connect the power cable to the header on the motherboard.
III. Apply a small amount of thermal compound on the processor and spread it evenly.
IV. Gently insert the processor into the socket.
V. Close the processor load plate
VI. Align the processor with the socket. Ensure the Connector 1 indicator is aligned with the Pin 1 indicator on the socket.
VII. Close the load lever and move it under the load lever extension tab in order to secure the processor.
VIII. Place the heat sink or fan assembly onto the processor socket.
IX. Tighten the heat sink or fan assembly retainers to secure it in place.

c. INSTALLING THE MOTHERBOARD


I. Install standoffs.
II. Connect the font-panel connectors to the motherboard.
III. Insert the CMOS battery
IV. Plug the USB cable into the USB connector.
V. Install the I/O back plate into the system case.
VI. Align the holes on the motherboard with that of the standoffs
VII. Plug the audio cable into the audio connector.
VIII. Secure the motherboard using the necessary screws.
