Risk-taking propensity refers to an individual's general tendency or
inclination to engage in behaviors that involve potential risks, essentially
indicating how willing someone is to take chances with uncertain outcomes,
often weighing potential gains against potential losses.

Facilitation - is the act of engaging participants in creating, discovering, and


applying learning insights.

Great leaders (like great facilitators) enable others to speak up, ensure diverse
perspectives are considered, and create an environment where everyone feels
they belong. They know they can't achieve success alone.

9 RECOGNITION AND REWARDING OF
INNOVATION
Innovation means bringing new things into existence, usually to solve a problem. In business, it means
inventing and creating new ideas and products, or taking existing ideas and forming them into
something better.
Importance: Shows your appreciation and respect for your employees' efforts and achievements, which
boosts their motivation and satisfaction.

Recognizing innovation can take many forms, depending on the nature, scope, and impact of the ideas
or solutions.

They can either appeal to the internal motivations (intrinsic rewards) or external motivations
