• Oversee the planning, implementation and updating of the Food safety

management system
• Co-ordinate communicate and make recommendations to head office and
other interested parties about the effectiveness and suitability of the
management system

• Assist the top management in planning and implementation of the FSMS

• Budgeting and ensuring effective use of allocated funds for the
implementation of the FSMS
• Liaise with the rest of the team in implementing the FSMS
