Project Report consists of 3 sections:


1. Preliminary Section
2. Body Section
3. Final Section
1. Preliminary Section:
1.1 Cover Page:

2. Body Section:
CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
• Background or introduction of the study
• Objective
• Motivation
• Methods of study or research design
• Literature review (Various Scientists research reviews based on your projects)
• Limitation of the study
CHAPTER 2: METHODS AND METHODOLOGY
• Nature of data (Primary and secondary) and its sources
• Data collection methods (Questionnaire, observation, internet)
• Materials used in the project work is mentioned with proper specification.
Methods of the project work is mentioned in this section.
CHAPTER 3: EXPERIMENTATION AND OBSERVATION
Details of the experimental work is presented in this section.
CHAPTER 4: RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS
Result obtained based on the experimentation or observation are presented and discussed in
terms of the principle involved.
CHAPTER 5: CONCLUSION
A brief summary or conclusion of the work is briefly and concisely presented in this section. From
the bottom line of limitations of the study, future direction of the extension of the work or further
suggestions can be mentioned concisely in this section.

3. Final Section:
3.1 Bibliography or References
Example:

Guidelines to be followed:
1. The report should be prepared by the student individually.
2. Students are strictly advised to use internet-based resources to collect information at
home.
3. The length of the project shall not be less than 20 pages in standard A4 size paper.
4. Fonts and spacing: Times New Roman using 12-point characters. Text should be 1.5
spaced. Text should be Justified Alignment.
5. Use headings and sub- headings to highlight important points.
6. Write clearly in simple language. Don't use long sentences and long paragraphs. Be
concise.
7. Don’t use confusing terminology, use correct grammar and spellings.
8. Don’t copy other’s works and ideas without proper acknowledgement.
9. Write the conclusion in the present tense.
10. Stick or Tape Binding of the report should be done for submission to the school.
11. Students are advised to be more creative in their project work.
12. You have to put real and authentic information provided on internet and provide the
source or references from where you took the data.
13. While using figures and diagrams, you should put the captions too.
