Question: Explain in detail to Sarika how to coach her employees in the

area of internal and external communication. Explain the essentials of

written and verbal communication. In addition, share three conflict

resolution strategies.

In order to solve Uma's Frozen Foods' communication problem, Sarika

needs to strengthen her employees' written and oral communication.

Written communication needs to be clear, concise, and professional.

Emails should include the purpose of the email, a structured body content,

and a politeness tone, Additionally, timely responses convey respect and

attentiveness (Palmer, 2022).

Punctual feedback shows respect and pays attention. Verbal

communication requires active listening, empathetic engagement, and

consistent non-verbal cues, such as maintaining eye contact and an

appropriate tone, to reinforce spoken messages and build trust (Palmer,

2022).

Sarika can further facilitate this process through workshops, sample

standard communication formats, and personal coaching.

Three strategies that might enable Sarika to effectively handle the conflict

are Mediations, in which a neutral facilitator can handle the situation and

help them focus on the issue. Collaborative problem-solving encourages

identifying root causes, brainstorming solutions, and agreeing on

actionable steps. Finally, setting clear expectations, such as defining roles

and communication norms, helps prevent conflicts by reducing

misunderstandings (Palmer, 2022).


It nurtures collaborative problem-solving to establish root causes,

brainstorm solutions, and agree upon steps. Going ahead, letting know out

their role and expectations should be communicated and that should

reduce misunderstandings that may escalate tensions.

Having good communication and addressing conflicts proactively will lead

Sarika to improve employee morale, improve customer relations, and also

position Uma's Frozen Foods for long-term success.

appropriate use social media. Each member of your group is to (a) create

a Linkedin account, (b) include the link to your Linkedin account in this

Word document submission, and (c) send a Linkedin "invitation to

connect" to your Professor in MGMT6088. Ensure you include a

personalized message when you send the "invitation to connect" to your

professor. By the end of this assignment, every student in MGMT6088 will
