II. BACKGROUND/RATIONALE
The primary aim of this scouting is to make the students aware of their responsibilities as
member and leader of the school community and the country, so they may play productive role in
the society as responsible citizen and members of their communities.

In line with this, Dinadiawan National High School is planning to conduct a joint BSP school
encampment. The encampment yearned to bring into their lives the reality and the wonders of the
scouting and realized the scouting major objectives.

III. OBJECTIVES
In general, the conduct of this school level encampment aims to edify the students of
Dinadiawan National High School the value of the scouting movement.

Specifically, the school level encampment aimed to help scouts to:

A. Understand the principles of scouting;


B. Prepare their own songs and yells related to scouting;
C. Develop their leadership abilities;
D. Strengthen positive self-esteem; and
E. Build cooperation and camaraderie through collaborative activities.
IV. SOURCE OF FUNDS
The fund will come from the registration/contribution of each participating Scout amounting
P120.00 (P60.00 for the Council registration and P60.00 for the school registrations).

Lecture, demonstration of skills, and discovery approach
VII. MONITORING AND EVALUATION
 At the end of the daily activities, the Outfit Advisors together with the staff will meet to
evaluate the day’s activities.
 During the closing program, selected participants will be asked to give their impression in
the activity.
 There will also be an evaluation form that will be administered to each participant.
