➢ Roles and Responsibilities:

● Handling corporate clients with their recruitment process.


● Sourcing and screening the candidates for the corporate clients.
● Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the
benefits of product / services and reach out directly or through partners to target.
● Follow up & analysis.
● Manage all contractual requirements and align the result with the company’s
internal operations and capabilities.
● Develop and maintain existing and new corporate partners.
● Conducting and coordinating recruitment in campus and Off campus drives.
● Maintaining data of the colleges, students, and trainers.
● Managed a team of who would handle reports, attendance information, and test links for
various campus recruitment drives (CRTs).
● Creating assignments through Xobin portal.
● Creating weekly students reports based on their marks scored with the help of pivot table
and charts. Managed daily positing college/company requirements to access students.
● Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning
opportunities. Coordinating activates between HR teams.
● Maintain and updating Xobin software.

• I had the opportunity to work with Karnataka Skill Development Corporation(KSDC), Govt.
of Karnataka for the Seventh Sense project.
• Ensuring that each month's target is met before the deadline, making plans accordingly,
and even accomplishing each month's target ahead of schedule.
• Making personal visits to businesses to present the service and its advantages and to
enroll them in the Skill connect portal.
• Follow up with businesses to make sure that any questions or problems they have with
the portal are resolved.
• Follow up with businesses regarding their openings and ensure that they receive qualified
candidates for their recruitment efforts from our end.
• Successfully complete job fairs organized by the Ministry of Skill Development,
• Entrepreneurship, and Livelihood.
• As part of my responsibilities, I have made sure that if a corporation wanted to meet with
our higher authorities, it was done by speaking with our MD and setting up an
appointment.
• As part of my additional duties, I even used to make visits to educational institutions on
behalf of academic team to educate students about the portal, its advantages, and to
register them.
