Topic Chosen:

The topic chosen for our project is “All clubs and committees”.

Why this topic:

We believe that clubs and committees are the heart and soul of any MBA college which helps
students to manage different kinds of stakeholders, go through different situations that inturn
helps students time management, resource management and optimisation of any process.
We believe that students need to have a proper understanding of what clubs and committees
do. We believe that this could be useful to upcoming batches as well.

Intending to do:

We are planning to start off with a question: which committee is best? Now students from their
committee start pitching themselves, sometimes mocking other committees in a subtle way. We
are planning to showcase most of the works done by each and every committee through memes
and reels. We are planning to end with that” we are all a family of DMS where everyone helps
each other”. This includes Myth busters, Day in a committee or club and Hidden gems.

Process of Implementation:

A) Research:

● Club members Analysis: Interview and Identify key motivations, decision-making


factors, and social influences related to club/committee participation.
● Audience Analysis: Interview students to understand the awareness they have about
each club/committee.

B) Content Brainstorming:

● Generate creative ideas for memes, reels and vlogs that are relevant, humorous, and
engaging for the target audience.
● The content was collected from the research part which we did in the first part.

C) Content Creation & Scheduling:

● Meme Development: Utilize relevant images and create concise, impactful text overlays
that resonate with the target audience.
● Reel & vlog Production: Plan and film high-quality Reels, incorporating trending
sounds, visual effects, and engaging storytelling related to the content identified through
research analysis.
● Content Calendar: Develop a consistent schedule by making all the diverse content for
each club/committee one by one.
