Amount on Application Rs. 50 Lacs
Booking Amount (within 30 days of Application) 10% of Total Sales Consideration Less 50 Lacs
within 60 Days of Booking 20% of Total Sales Consideration
Upon Casting of Foundation Slab 10% of Total Sales Consideration
Upon Completion of Basement 3 10% of Total Sales Consideration
Upon Completion of 7th Floor Slab of Building or
on completion of 37.50 Meter Structure above
Ground whichever is earlier
20% of Total Sales Consideration
Upon Completion of 15th Floor Slab of Building or
on completion of 70.30 Meter Structure above
Ground whichever is earlier
15% of Total Sales Consideration
Upon Completion of Super Structure 10% of Total Sales Consideration
Upon handover for fitout or on Application of OC, 5% of Total Sales Consideration Plus 100% of Other Charges
whichever is earlier (IFMS + Electricity/Water/Gas Meter Charges)

B) Flexi Payment Plan


Amount on Application Rs. 50 Lacs
Booking Amount (within 30 days of Application) 10% of Total Sales Consideration Less 50 Lacs
within 60 Days of Booking 25% of Total Sales Consideration
Upon Completion of Basement 3 25% of Total Sales Consideration
Upon Completion of 10th Floor Slab of Building or
on completion of 49.80 Meter Structure above
Ground whichever is earlier
25% of Total Sales Consideration
Upon Completion of Super Structure 10% of Total Sales Consideration
Upon handover for fitout or on Application of OC, 5% of Total Sales Consideration Plus 100% of Other Charges
whichever is earlier (IFMS + Electricity/Water/Gas Meter Charges)

C) Down Payment Plan


Amount on Application Rs. 50 Lacs
Booking Amount (within 30 days of Application) 10% of Total Sales Consideration Less 50 Lacs
within 60 Days of Booking 85% of Total Sales Consideration
Upon handover for fitout or on Application of OC, 5% of Total Sales Consideration Plus 100% of Other Charges
whichever is earlier (IFMS + Electricity/Water/Gas Meter Charges)

Note: GST payable by Allotee(s) additionally @ rates as may be specified from time to time, which is at
present 5%.
