Part 3: You are a member of a photography club. You are talking to three other members in the
photography club chat room. Talk to them using sentences.

A: Hi! Welcome to the club. How to have a beautiful picture?

Your question is very interesting. I think to have a beautiful photo, we need to time it correctly to
capture the most special moments. Besides, we also need to pay attention to the composition so
that the content of the photo is eye-catching. (43 words)

Dear member,
APTIS SV - 0346808595

The club organizes exhibitions to display the best photographs of club members. This exhibition
must be suitable for both the young and the old.

Please give suggestions.

1. Write an email to your friend.

Dear Ngan,

How are you these days? We haven’t seen each other for a while. I hope everything goes well
with you. Have you received the notice from the Photography club? Honestly, I was over the
moon when I heard about this news. I’m playing with the idea of shooting the manager an email
about my proposals. What do you think?
Hugs,
Anh.

(63 words)

2. Write an email to the manager of the club.

Dear Sir,
My name is Nguyen Quoc Anh and I have been a member of the Photography club for 5
months. I am writing this email to express my feelings and suggestions about the announcement
that I have received from our club recently.

According to the news, our club will be holding an exhibition to display the best photos that our
club members have ever taken.Frankly, I think the plan is great and I felt on cloud nine when I
heard about it.

From my perspective, to attract both the young and the old to join our exhibition, we should
consider holding this event on the weekend. This is the time when most people are free, so we
can welcome more participants. Besides, we need to prepare gifts for families with full members
participating in the event.
I hope that my suggestions are useful for you to keep members satisfied. I look forward to
hearing from you if my recommendations are accepted.
Sincerely,
Nguyen Quoc Anh.
