TOURNAMENT RULES :

1.​ RULE CHANGE: RNX MANAGEMENT reserves the right to amend,


remove, or otherwise change the rules, without further notice.
MANAGEMENT also reserves the right to make judgment on cases not
specifically covered by the rulebook in order to preserve the spirit of fair
competition and sportsmanship.
2.​ AGE RESTRICTIONS: All players must be at least the legal age of 16
years or older by the year that the tournament is held.
3.​ RE MAKES OR RE HOST:
● A technical malfunction or a player disconnects (excluding malfunctions
and disconnects because of a player’s mistake or fault) within 3 minutes
after the Tournament Official has started the match. If the player can
reconnect after disconnecting, no rematch will be made.
● FIVE problems occur during the loading screen, and the game cannot be
loaded.
● ONE player cannot move on the battlefield within 3 minutes after the
game starts.
● ONE player cannot enter the Tournament Game before the departure of
the starting plane.
● ONE or more Observers clients crashed, disconnected, or lagged (unable
to work), no matter the number of kills or other issues that have taken
place since the game started.
● The server is lagging noticeably and significantly impacting multiple
teams’ performance.
The Tournament Administration has the right to restart the game when the
game cannot be broadcasted as normal. The start of the match is when the
“warmup” has ended and everyone has loaded on the starting plane. If the
above conditions are met, players should instantly request a rehost by
notifying the management team by texting them and letting them, know the
issue and asking for help, followed by a valid reason and sufficient
evidence. Players should continue playing until the rehost is confirmed by
Tournament Administration.
4.​ INTERVIEW: one player from top 3 teams of tournament must be available
for an interview.
5.​ GAME SETTINGS: ​
● Maps: Bermuda, Purgatory, Kalahari, Alpine, NexTerra, Random Map in
that order.
● Game Mode: Esports
● Gun Property: Off
● Hide Nickname: On
● Generic Enemy Outfit: On
● High-tier loot zone: Off
● Death Cam: On
● In-Game Missions: On
● In-Game Quests: Off
● Loadouts allowed
● The Tournament Administration team will select the random map using a
random mechanism, such as a random number generator, from the pool of
five maps mentioned above.
6.​ RESULTS: Each team member should take end-of-game screenshots of
their results in case of any disputes and/or technical difficulties in the
lobbies. Failure to provide said screenshots when requested can lead to
disciplinary action and/or loss of points. If you have problems or notice any
issues, please contact the admins IMMEDIATELY. You can reach us via
Whatsapp for quick questions.
7.​ TECHNICAL ISSUES: Teams are responsible for their own technical
issues, including hardware, software, and/or internet issues due their own
error (touching any tournament equipment that leads to Technical Issues).
Matches may not be rescheduled or remade because of technical issues
and matches will be played nevertheless.
8.​ TEAM ROSTER: Teams may only have 4 starters, and a maximum of 1
substitute (5 players total) listed on their roster. A team is only eligible to
partake in a match if the complete roster of all four players is present
within the lobby.​
After submitting a team’s Roster Form, the following changes may not be
made:
I. Team Owner
II. Team Name
III. Team Logo
IV. Team Players
9.​ Scheduling Commitment: Participating teams are requested to ensure
their schedules are cleared prior to the tournament. This will ensure full
participation and dedication during the tournament matches.
10.​Lobby Joining Deadline: Teams are required to promptly join the
designated lobbies at the specified time. Failure to adhere to the lobby
joining timing may result in consequences for the team.
11.​One team player or captain must record their point of view (POV) along
with their teammates' voice during the game and All Team Players And
Captains save the in-game replay on their devices From History. They may
be asked to provide their POV at any time. If the POV is not provided, the
management reserves the right to take appropriate action.
12.​Every Team Players and Captains Must Provide Their HUD screenshot
before matches and if we found different Custom HUD ( MAJOR CHANGES
). Then Management reserve all rights to disqualify the teams and take
strict action against them. This will be all management's decision.

13.​Important Notice for Team Captains
Mandatory Participation Rule: Every team captain must play at least
50% of the matches in each stage of the tournament. The minimum
matches required per stage are:
- Do or Die Stage: At least 3 matches
- Knockout Stage: At least 6 matches
- Point Rush: At least 3 matches

- Grand Finals: At least 3 matches
Unavailability & Notification: If a captain is unable to play, they must
inform the management team at least 10 hours before the match with a
valid reason. The management team will review the request and make a fair

Strict Action for Non-Compliance:
If a captain fails to participate and does not inform the management team
on time, strict action may be taken against the team.
Your cooperation is essential for a smooth and fair tournament.

These rules are designed to foster a competitive and fair environment for
all participants.. We appreciate your adherence to these guidelines and
wish you a successful and engaging tournament experience.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Social Media Promotion:


It is imperative for all participating teams to actively engage in promoting the
tournament. Teams are required to perform a swipe-up action on their respective main
Instagram handles, which includes both team pages and individual player profiles,
throughout the entire duration of the tournament. This collaborative effort contributes
significantly to the visibility and success of the event.

2. Schedule Adherence:
Teams are strongly advised to meticulously review the provided schedule and ensure
their availability for all matches. The main lineup must be fielded for every match. While
we understand the presence of multiple commitments, it is crucial to prioritize the
tournament schedule and be prepared to participate without any clash with other events.

3. Participation and Commitment:


The participation of every team in all scheduled matches is mandatory. Refusal to play or
missing any match is not permissible. The tournament's competitiveness relies on the
active involvement of all teams, and adherence to the schedule is vital to maintain a fair
and balanced competition.

4. No Substitute Allowance:
To maintain consistency and fairness throughout the tournament, the usage of
substitutes during matches is not permitted. Teams are expected to compete with their
designated main lineup in all matches.

These notes are designed to ensure the highest standards of professionalism,


competition, and sportsmanship.. Thank you for your commitment and
cooperation in making this tournament a remarkable success.

These rules may be subject to amendments, modifications, or supplements


by the Tournament Management, as deemed necessary, to uphold fair play
and maintain the integrity of the tournament.

All decisions regarding the interpretation of these rules, player eligibility,


scheduling of the tournament, and penalties for misconduct, lie solely with
the management team. The decisions made by the management team are
deemed final and binding.
