With reference to your Application Inward No:E-258068, dated:25/10/2024, I am directed to inform you that the Building‐
unit has been inspected on date: 24/12/2024 and the development is as per approved development permission inward no.
EDP-50/24, Dt.22/05/2024 and that Building Use Permission has been granted. The above construction has been done under
the supervision of licensed Engineer/Architect Mr. Mahesh D.Dodiya, License No.-Bada-Lic.No.1121ERL0805281019. The
building/part of building may be used as per sanctioned drawings. This Building Use Permission is to be read in conjunction
with all other documents and drawings which are enclosed as per the provisions of Regulation No. 6 and its Schedules, and
that all such documents, drawings and specifications form part of this Building Use Permission.

Terms:
(1)In accordance with the periodic provision of the General Development Control Regulation, a certificate of use is issued on
special condition of maintenance and repair of the building from time to time.

(2) The taxes of the municipality shall be paid in accordance with the prevailing laws of the day.

(3)Prior approval must be obtained before making changes in the purpose of use.

(4)The use of this construction shall be in such a way as not to be harmful and harmful to the environment. As well as the
residents of the surrounding area will have to use it in a way that is not inconvenient or difficult.

(5)No change shall be made in the measurement or use of the area left open for parking.

(6)No change shall be made in the size or use of all open space or construction space specified in the plan approved for co-
use such as existing margin, staircase, lift, common plot etc. on the site.

(7)This certificate does not certify the quality of the construction as well as the materials used for the construction and the
municipality has no responsibility in this regard.

(8)This certificate does not certify the structural stability or structural strength of the construction and the municipality has
no responsibility in this regard.

(9)In case of violation of any of the above conditions and change of purpose of use without permission, the certificate of use
will be automatically revoked.

(10) Trees should be planted and maintained as per the number of development permits. Rules from time to time in this
regard will be binding.
