GRANT OF BUILDING USE PERMISSION

(2) The taxes of the municipality shall be paid in accordance with the prevailing laws of the day.
(3)Prior approval must be obtained before making changes in the purpose of use.
(4)The use of this construction shall be in such a way as not to be harmful and harmful to the environment. As well as the
residents of the surrounding area will have to use it in a way that is not inconvenient or difficult.
(5)No change shall be made in the measurement or use of the area left open for parking.
(6)No change shall be made in the size or use of all open space or construction space specified in the plan approved for co-
use such as existing margin, staircase, lift, common plot etc. on the site.
(7)This certificate does not certify the quality of the construction as well as the materials used for the construction and the
municipality has no responsibility in this regard.
(8)This certificate does not certify the structural stability or structural strength of the construction and the municipality has
no responsibility in this regard.
(9)In case of violation of any of the above conditions and change of purpose of use without permission, the certificate of use
will be automatically revoked.
(10) Trees should be planted and maintained as per the number of development permits. Rules from time to time in this
regard will be binding.
