In accordance with Article 20(5) of Council Regulation (GB) No 1024/2013 the FCA
supervisory department has processed an amount of 02.2174 BTC equal to €1762,602.38
(AUD) due to non-UK residents.

The amount which is due to be taxed is 0.217 BTC equal to €17,602.38 2.14 BTC equal to
$327.520,80 (AUD) and the tax component is calculated on the profit only.

Notification

This investment supervisory is notified to you in accordance with Article 13(2) of


Regulation (GB) No 1163/2014 (FCA 2014/41)

Review
In accordance with Article 24 of Regulations (GB) No 1024/2013, a request for the total
pending amount will be transferred in the FCA’s Financial Department within two hours
after the confirmation of investment supervisory is paid. The system will release the entire
transaction automatically.
The act of investment supervisory tax is without prejudice to the right to bring proceedings
before the Court of Justice of the United Kingdom under Article 263 of the Treaty on the
Functioning of the United Kingdom

This document is a valid guarantee that after completing the investment supervisory
transaction the total suspended amount will be transferred to your account.
