STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE:-

FABRICATION

After the cutting is done make the bundle of that cutting pieces size by size .Lineman

take the bundle, proper count the no of pieces in each bundle and come to the

production hall and distributes the bundle according to the operator skills .Lineman will

follow the guideline of the sample that has been given by the buyer on that basis he will

complete his job.

1. POCKET-

Bundle related to pocket making are given to the pocket master. There will be a bundle

of jatti, rounder, aster, ticket. Taking the parts required in pocket making pocket master

start making pocket.

2. PANEL ATTACHMENT-

Bundle of panel are given to the operator who is doing the operation of panel

attachment, he will take the panel and start his job as for buyers sample piece required.

3. ASSAN ATTACH-

As for the guideline given by the lineman assan judai operator will perform his job. If its

required as assan over lock, assan pakka, assan flat that operator will perform his duty

with responsibility.

4. ZIP MAKING-
There are four steps required to complete that operation zip attach, fly piping attach,

fusing fly making after performing the four steps we will come to know that zip making

operation is completed.

5. SIDE OPERATION-

This operation is performed by the side chain machine ,this machine is specially

designed to complete side operation .In this operation back and front panel should be

attach by side kachha, after that operator do side over lock then side pakka. Through

that process side operation is performed.

6. LOOP ATTACH-

On that operation first of all operator will make loop with the help of machine folder then

he will attach that loop to the piece according to the measurement of the size.

7. BELT MAKING-

First of all the operator will cut the elastic according to the measurement of the size after

that belt should be attach to the aster then he will do kachha and pakka ,that is how the

belt is completed .at last we attach that prepared belt according to the size of piece .

8. FLEXI MAKING-

According to the measurement flexi fabric should be done kachha, after that attach to

the piece then the operator will perform over lock and pakka operation to that flexi to

make it .That is how the flexi is made.


9. BOTTOM FOLD-

According to the measurement bottom should be cut then over lock and fold it

10. BARTAK-

Bartak operation is used to strengthen some sensitive area of piece like to attach loop

to the belt, edges of pocket and zip fly mostly that operation comes in role in piece

making.

That whole process will give us a complete piece that is being stitched properly. After

that end line checker must check visually and manually and then send it to finishing

department.
