7 5% On Commencement of 6th Floor Slab of the respective Block/Tower
8 5% On Commencement of 10th Floor Slab of the respective Block/Tower
9 5% On Commencement of 14th Floor Slab of the respective Block/Tower
10 5% On Commencement of 18th Floor Slab of the respective flat/tower
11 10% On Commencement of 22nd Floor Slab of the respective Block/Tower
12 10% On Commencement of Flooring of the respective Tower
13 5% On intimation of Possession Sale Deed will be executed

Note: Sale Deed will be executed up on receipt of 100% Sale Consideration
