Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to submit my application for a Schengen visa to attend the World
Calisthenics Championship, which will be held in Sofia, Bulgaria, from April 23rd to April
29th, 2025.
I am a student, Kamalash, and will be accompanying my team manager, Mr. Gopal
Giriprakash, for this event. We have planned our travel with Turkish Airlines, and
accommodations have been arranged in Sofia, Sofia City Province, Bulgaria. For your
reference, I have enclosed the provisional booking details of our trip.
As a minor, I would like to confirm that all financial expenses associated with this
visit, including accommodation, transportation, meals, and other incidental costs, will be fully
covered by my manager, Mr. Gopal Giriprakash. To further support this statement, I have
attached a copy of my bank statements as part of the application.
I have also ensured that all necessary documents have been furnished, including those
related to my participation in the championship and the guidelines provided for a Schengen
visa for sports events. Should you require any additional documentation or information, I am
more than willing to provide it promptly to support my application.
