1. Go To URL: http://helpdesk.gigroup.co.in/solution/
2. Click on : Open New Ticket
OPEN NEW TICKET

3. Select Your Concern

4. Mention Your Contact


Details

5. Give objective details


of your issue
6. Write details of your
issue, with as much
information as possible

7. Upload any attachments/


screenshots etc.
AND
Click ‘Create Ticket’.
CHECK TICKET STATUS

8. Click here to Check any


old ticket status.

9. Find the ticket number in


your email & mention it here,
along with the same email ID
that was mentioned while
opening the ticket.

10. The ticket link will be mailed


to you after clicking on this.
