A) Review the Duties and Responsibilities of BPOC Members
 Ensure and Assess the peace and order situation in the barangay.
 Monitor the minimum health standard protocol in the barangay and perform a day &
night patrol to minimize the movement of the people in the barangay and advise
them to STAY AT HOME.
 Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the operations of all community-based anti-
crime movements within the barangay.
 Join, assist,and contribute to maintain a clean and green community in the barangay.
5. Others
 Every Member must wear the prescribed uniform during duty hours for their
identification.

A) Re- Organization of BADAC for CY 2021
 That re-organization of BADAC is a mandate by the DILG, thus it should be compiled
with.
 Elected/Appointed members were requested to perform their roles diligently for the
welfare and safety of everyone.
 That, the cooperation of BPOC and BADAC members/officers are requested to unite
and help each other for the peace and order in the barangay
5.Others
 Monitoring the minimum health standard protocol in the barangay and conduct a

A) Monitoring the Implementation of Maintaining Health Protocol in the Barangay
 Conducting a day & night patrol to minimize the movement of the people in the
barangay and advise them to STAY AT HOME.
 Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the scheduled curfew that was released by the
city ordinance.
 Monitoring of gatherings, funeral wake, to avoid crowded environment and strict
monitoring of the use of videoke that is advise not to use on weekdays for the sake of
the learners to not disturb their studies.
5.Others
 In case of conflict and misunderstanding in implementing the strict monitoring of
health protocols and curfew, each member in tat area is responsible in pacifying the
concerned people in a very diplomatic way to avoid further conflicts.

A) BPOC Member as Role in the barangay.
 It was stressed that every member should properly conduct himself/herself at all
times to maintain his/her credibility as a barangay official.
 Likewise, a BPOC Member shall be a good moral conduct so as to gain due respect
and love from every constituent.
 They should also refrain from engaging in or be involved in any activity that may
affect their work as a Barangay Official such as vices especially indulged in drinking
liquor oftentimes and also gambling. .
5.Others
 Their is a scheduled clean up activity in the Dapyak hills on April 21, 2021 by the ISLA
SIKLESTA headed by Arnold Benter, Members from the BADAC, BPOC & SK Officials
are requested to join, and must wear the prescribed uniform during duty hours for
their identification.
 Another Tree planting activity will conduct headed by PTCOL Leonard Paredes with
the Alaminos PNP Personnel,Alaminos SK Federation President Lovely Bernabe.

 The members should assist to supervise the background checking and input their
knowledge to the identity of a new resident.
 Strict monitoring of residents especially the youth..
 Kagawad Rowel Rabarra will prepare their scheduled and they will start to manning
tomorrow.

 A letter from the DILG Office for the attention of Barangay Anti Drug Council (BADAC)
 Attached was the court order from Presiding /Executive Judge Marlon S. Meneses of
Regional Trial Court Branch 55, Alaminos City, Pangasinan directing Mike Hazille
Ravara y Cervera to report to the barangay and undergo the Communiuty Based
Rehabilitation Program (CBRP).
 Kagawad Rowel Rabarra asked/told the BADAC & BPOC Members to comply to the
letter and monitor/report also the movement Mike Hazille Ravara.
5.Others
 Mike Hazille was informed to join/attend the barangay activities for his community
based rehabilitation.

A) Road Clearing
 The scheduled clearing and cleaning along the main road will be tomorrow July 5,
2021. All members are request to joined to participate in the activity.In case of a
member is not available on the said date, a substitute will be highly appreciated.
 Everyone is obliged to bring a tool for cleaning like bolo or broom to facilitate the
cleaning and work will be done easier and faster.
b) Repair of the footbridge going to deleon road & sitio putrido
 The repair of the footbridge will also be tomorrow,other member er will on the road
clearing and others are going to repair the footbridge together with the residents of
Barangay Balayang .
 This will be ease the burden of those passing through the bridge and it ensures the
prevention of any untoward accident.
 Other Barangay Official will also join the scheduled road clearing activity.

duty,insubordination and abuse of power and proven guilty aftervthe bconduct of an
investigation.
 That on motion of SB Member Rowel M. Rabarra, Committee on Peace & Order , the
request of the termination of Mario R. Bustillo from service as a CVO Member of
Balayang was officially terminated.
 That a copy of resolution be furnished to the concerned agency/office for an
appropriate action.
5.Others
 Due to the said termination, everyone was advised to conduct a good and proper
Barangay Official

 If there is an activity or work to be done such as clearing/cleaning along the main
road , attending/escorting a funeral and barangay occasions, they will be informed at
least three (3) days before the actual day.
 Delivery of barangay summons or invitations to concerned people must be done by
the CVO ON DUTY THAT DAY.
 That every 5:00 - 7:00 PM the CVOs will conduct roving in the school premises at least
two times.

that is affceting the wires of the streetlight and the flow of electricity.
 Alerting the members for the sudden evacuation if the barangay constituent ask for
help/assistance.
 Monitoring of bridges for passable transporting.

A) Resbakuna for Covid-19 vaccines
 The members were divided to guard the entrance and exit of the vaccination site to
avoid a large mass of crowd.
 The Auditorium and School main gate will be guarded and strict monitoring of
wearing their facemasks.
 All the Members are ask to get a vaccine because they are considered a front liners,
however, they are not force its their will to get a vaccine.
 They will also act as a traffic enforcers as the barangay is expecting other constituents
from the other barangay to be vaccinated.
5. Others
 Snacks for the members will be provided by the barangay and lunch will be provided
by the LGU Alaminos.
 A CVO/BPOC Member on duty must be in uniform for an easy identification especially
the vaccinators,doctors, LGU personnel, and constituents from other barangays.

 The Implementation of health protocols in the barangay was observed and complied
and it was maintain and never contagious or spread despite of reported positive
patient.
 It was observed that some werenot attend to their work especially their scheduled
duty hours.Relevant to this Kagawad Rowel Rabarra reminded them to perform theri
duties efficiently as this will cascade to the safety and welfare of all residents.
 Also, it was reminded them especially the CVO Member that if in case they could not
do their job efficiently they must be honest to tell the Punong Barangay for a possible
replacement.
6. Others.
 PB Jessie B. Racraquin and Kgwd. Rowel Rabarra expressed their gratitude and
appreciation to all the members for their volunteerism due this times of pandemic
yet still get outside of their homes to conduct a peace & order community.
 PB Jessie B. Racraquin reiterated his request to the members for their continuous
support and cooperation to all the programs/activities in the barangay.
