Stable Power Supply for the EST Laptop Computer

A stable power supply is required for the Electronic Service Tool to operate and communicate with the
controller properly. Do not rely on battery power alone to operate the Electronic Service Tool laptop
computer. Care should be taken to prevent an Electronic Service Tool power down due to low battery
power during operation. Connect the power convertor to the vehicle cigar lighter to assure a stable power
supply for the Electronic Service Tool computer.
