Recruitment procedure

To ensure effective recruitment, this document will guide you


through the entire recruitment process. ​
​
Note: This manual will only serve as a guide, as not everything
written in this document is to be copied 100% of the time. Use your
best judgment when hosting.

Pre-Recruitment Information

It is imperative that you read this information before beginning a


recruitment.

Conditions

Before you start recruiting, you need to ensure that the ideal
conditions are in place. ​

You must ensure that the conditions shown in the blue text below are
met. Follow the blue text below.​
​
First condition​
You must have a minimum of 3 CIs in the public server in which you
are going to recruit.

Second condition​
CIs must be positioned in a line in front of you.

Third condition​
No event should compromise your speech, so if there is an event like
the daybreak or a nuclear bomb, you must change server.

Note
You must be friendly and not present any form of superiority to the
subjects.

PMs

Execute all PMs in the command line chronologically.


Copy and paste the following in blue:

1. Call an Engineer unless you are and ask him to call a


meeting. If there isn't one, write !Meeting in the radio.

2. Politely ask the subjects to line up in front of you [STS]​

3. Start your speech by : Thank you for coming to this
meeting.​

Note
Put a delay between each message so that subjects have time to read
them. If they ask you what “D” or “ds” is, tell them you're talking
about the blue site and that the name is censored by roblox.​
Questions
Copy and paste the following in blue:

Answer all the questions they ask you calmly and politely, such as
“which site are you deploying to ?” or “what is a faction ?”.

If there are too many questions, tell them you'll answer them in
DM.

Introduction to the faction
Please follow the instructions in blue :

Moving onto phase 3, gun commands. Do you all know what they are?

Send them privately the link to the TSC server and Noctum.​

Once they are in the server, make them do the input procedure
(codename request, morph storage....)

Who is in charge of this task?
​
All personnel from HR to FL are authorized. HRs who perform this
task will be promoted, and unlisted HCs will have priority over
listed HCs in the election.
