I wish to become an entrepreneur in the energy sector and promote development through sustainable and
environmentally friendly engineering practices. I aim to expand my start-up, Photon Electrical Services & Consultancy, to
its full potential, by producing locally manufactured solutions powered by solar, wind, and other sustainable energy
sources, creating employment opportunities for the youth, and making a meaningful impact on the community
development, climate justice, and poverty alleviation. In addition, I wish to establish an academy to train school-leavers,
early-career individuals, and professionals seeking specialised skills, while raising public awareness on green energy
and advocating for sustainable energy policy changes. Through these efforts, I aspire to contribute positively to Africa's
transition to sustainable energy and support other regions affected by energy challenges.

Throughout my undergraduate and graduate courses, I struggled to overcome challenges that come with being an
international student. Due to the ongoing conflicts between my academic goals and cultural differences, my time in India
and the UK was challenging. Language and cultural limitations affected my performance. I had challenges adjusting to
the new environment, living so far away from my family, into a whole new lifestyle was challenging. I needed time and
effort to adjust to both the new academic system and culture. I had to devote myself to balancing my obligations and the
demanding coursework, which impacted my academics. Regardless of the difficulties I had in India and the UK, I made
an effort to constantly demonstrate my dedication to academic achievement and ethics which led to my successful
completion of my studies.
