Equestrian Exhibition was organised
from 31 August to 8 September, 2024, at the ADNEC Centre, Abu Dhabi.

About the 21st Edition
The Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition
(ADIHEX) is a global event held annually under the patronage
of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s
Representative in Al Dhafra Region and President of the Emirates
Falconers’ Club. It is organised by ADNEC Group in collaboration
with the Emirates Falconers’ Club.

This leading exhibition, with a legacy spanning more than two


decades, took place from 31 August to 8 September 2024. The event
celebrated the traditions and cultural heritage of the UAE, seamlessly
blending them with the latest industry trends and innovations in
falconry, hunting, equestrianism, and heritage conservation.

It offered promising new investment opportunities and engaged


UAE citizens and visitors of all ages in unique experiences of wildlife
adventures.. Visitors passionate about hunting, equestrianism,
or exploring the region's cultural heritage discovered cultural
exhibitions, traditional displays, and live historical performances
that showcased the rich heritage of the region.

As the largest event of its kind in the Middle East and North Africa, the
exhibition featured the latest technologies, innovations, and trends
across 11 distinct heritage, cultural, and entertainment sectors.

The Arena
Visitors to the exhibition enjoyed
96 events in the Arena area,
ranging from educational
activities, workshops, live shows,
auctions and beauty contests.

The events, which targeted


different categories, included
auctions, bird and horse shows,
the presence of different
categories of pets, and events
to support sustainability. In
addition, educational events and
skills development activities such
as jumping and hunting were
included, as well as distinguished
events such as the Abu Dhabi
Police Police Dogs event, and
various cultural shows such as
the Ottoman Mamluk show and
the Knights of Oman show, in
addition to other family events
such as pony riding and various
shows.

Knowledge
Center
The Knowledge Center hosted a
diverse series of events that included
76 sessions and workshops presented
by a group of leading entities and
institutions, targeting different age
groups. The workshops covered various
topics, most notably the development
of personal skills such as leadership
and time management, and technical
fields such as learning programming
and artificial intelligence, in addition
to topics related to entrepreneurship,
creative thinking, sustainability
and environmental awareness, in
addition to developing cultural and
cognitive capabilities. These events
contributed to providing rich and
diverse content aimed at enhancing
skills, spreading knowledge, and
encouraging innovation, which
provided a distinguished educational
and interactive experience for all
participants.
