ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

National Service Training Program – (NSTP102)

2nd Semester, SY 2024-2025

This Accomplishment Report was provided to elaborate of what the team did during
the period of time given. This report takes a part as a fulfilment for the requirements for the
subject of National Service Training Program. The location of the team was in New
Cabalan, Olongapo City. A 12 hours of total time, with a 3 shifts, giving a 4 hours in each of
the shifts. The date of the shifts follows from April 21 to 23 of the current year.

The team was officially started on the 21st of April at exactly of 8:00 am and it ends
at 12:00 pm on the same day. During the first day of the team’s community service in the
Barangay, the team was assigned to do an official documents, mainly for the residents of
New Cabalan and assisting some people and asking of what their purpose.

Reflection:

After the first day of the community service in the Barangay, the team realized a pew
things, such the on time duties, respect to all, and the greetings to others, are always
important. Having an accompanied in doing works are very much amazing as learning new
things, experiencing new things, and also the continuous healthy relationship of the team was
being strengthen.

This Accomplishment Report was provided to elaborate of what the team did during
the period of time given. This report take a part as a fulfilment for the requirements for the
subject of National Service Training Program. The location of the team was in New
Cabalan, Olongapo City. A 12 hours of total time, with a 3 shifts, giving a 4 hours in each of
the shifts. The date of the shifts follows from April 21 to 23 of the current year.

On the 22nd of April, the team started it’s 2nd day of the community service at exactly
of 8:00 am and lasted till 12:00 noon, of the same day. With that, the team was now assigned
outside of the Barangay, to assist the inquiries of the some of the citizens. The team was
decided to go to the Health center of the Barangay, to asked a pew things, and also help
giving medicines for the old peoples. After that, the team started to arrange the chairs that
was used during the distribution of medicines, and ended the 2nd shift.

Reflection:

After the 2nd day of the community service, a realization of having a privileges to
have an stable source of money is such a normal things to other, but to others it’s such a
dream of having it, specifically to the olds, some of them don’t have a family to take care of
them, neither a job, as they’re already old, they can now just rely for the free medicines the
health centers offered. It is the sad reality the team’s realized, after it called a day

the shifts. The date of the shifts follows from April 21 to 23 of the current year.

The last day of the community service was officially started at exactly of 8:00 am and
it lasted till the 12:00 of noon on the 23rd of April. It is a very busy day for the team, as the
center’s operated a free weight test for a children of New Cabalan, also the distribution of
medicines are still included. As the continuous arriving of the citizens of the Barangay, the
team assigned to assist some of the individuals, and guide them. It such a very exhausted but
most memorable day of this community service journey.

Reflection

With that, the final day of the community service comes to an end. But not the ideas,
the realizations, and all the good deeds that was thought ever since the day the team was
started the community service in the Barangay. A lot of peoples have cross to the team’s path
keeping it to always remembered that peoples come and go. It is indeed a very memorable
experienced not only for the joy of having accompanied by the team, but also the experienced
of being in a position where the real world was actually function.
