Just like Mantras, the Yantras are also very powerful devices which when used properly are

capable of reducing most of the defects found in Indian astrology and at the same time Yantras
can bring good luck and enhance positive yogas present in a horoscope. The literal translation for
the world Yantra is Device and just as the name indicates, a Yantra is used to get specific
benefits from a planet, a God or Goddess and at the same time a Yantra is also used to reduce the
negative effects of a specific planet in a horoscope. A Yantra just like a Mantra can be used to
get benefit from a positive planet as well as a negative planet unlike gemstones which can be and
should be used to get benefits only from the planets which are working positively in a horoscope.
