Skills Required:
Responsibilities for Marketing, Sales and Digital marketing:
· Aid the team in identifying potential clients within the education sector through lead generation
and prospecting.
· Conduct thorough research on educational institutions and organizations to grasp their
learning management and e-learning needs.
· Collaborate with the sales team to deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
· Assist in nurturing leads by maintaining regular communication and follow-up with potential clients.
· Contribute to developing sales materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
· Oversee the sales pipeline and CRM system to ensure the accuracy of data
· Monitor the progress of leads and opportunities to support the achievement of sales targets.
· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities within the education technology sector.
· Offer insights to the sales team to aid in strategic decision-making.
· Foster strong relationships with clients and prospects, gathering feedback for continuous
improvement.
· Assist in developing engaging content for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and
other marketing materials.
Job Role for HR and Marketing Students:
· Assist in recruitment by promoting job openings, evaluating resumes, and scheduling interviews.
· Oversee the onboarding of new staff members, guaranteeing they have access to necessary
resources and information.
· Assisting the sales team in lead generation and prospecting activities.
· Collaborating with the team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
· Collaborate with different departments to address HR needs and contribute to accomplishing
company goals.
· Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials, coordinating
training sessions, and assisting with paperwork completion.
Requirements:
· Proficiency in tools like MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Duration and stipend:

Rs 5k Fixed (Rewards linked 6% to employee CRM Panel on performance)


Eligibility:
 Master’s Degree in relevant field
(MBA) (BATCH- 2025-2026)
Important Note:
 Students interested in this profile are required to register on the ERP system. Registration on
ERP is mandatory for all interested students.
 Following registration, it is the student's responsibility to participate in and follow the
subsequent steps of the campus drive process.
 Students who register on ERP but fail to follow the further drive procedures will be
permanently ineligible for future placement drives.

Kindly share the same with your students respectively and ask them to register on Google
form latest by 12:00 PM on 29th APRIL, 2025. (Tuesday).
