It is intended for
use and distribution to PerkinElmer customers who have purchased Lambda 265/
Lambda 365/ Lambda 465 with the intent of qualitative analysis in various sample
matrices.

1. Objective: To lay down a Software Operating Procedure for UV"WinLab™
2. Scope: This SOP is applicable for basic operations of Instrument and the software.

4.8 Select task/ method on which you wish to work by double click or by Select previously saved method/task > Run/View/ Edit
4.9 For new method development we have two options. Select Scan" Lambda 265/365/465 option from Base method on left hand
side vertical window.

4.12 Select medium performance instrument from type of instrument and click on Next.
4.13 Select instrument connected to PC from available options and click on Next.

4.16 Check all the Properties of method, confirm and Click on Save/Finish.
4.17 Give name to method and select desired location to save method followed with click on Ok
4.18 Instrument will initialize and need some time to apply Scan method type settings.

4.19 Once all settings are completed, software dashboard will show Idle
Idle signal on main wall.
4.20 Proceed with Data collection parameter settings as shown below. Need to select scan range, ordinate mode, slit width, etc.
4.21 Once all settings are promptly done, instrument operation commands will get activated which were dormant previously.

4.22 Click on Accessory and check right accessory is selected.
4.23 Refer settings below for correction if no accessory involved in data collection.
4.24 Give sample information in next tab and select sample type as blank, control (Standard) and sample. One can Add, Insert and
Delete sample from sample table with available tabs. Fill Down option can be helpful for sequential listing of samples.

4.25 Software is capable to add if any online processing parameters, calculations wish to do. For that click on Processing > Process
parameter in table> select process parameter and complete required setting for those.
4.26 Once all instrument parameter is set, click on Start to initiate the sample analysis.
4.27 Instrument will setup based on instruction given for data collection. After competing all setting instrument will show Idle mode.

4.28 Software itself will play steps to follow clicking on Start tab.
4.29 Remove samples and add blank sample and press Ok to perform autozero.
4.30 After completion of blank sample, software will suggest keeping sample inside in sample compartment. Keep blank sample in
reference compartment and press Ok.
4.31 To view real time data analysis, click on Graph tab beside Samples.

4.32 Press stop if you wish abort the ongoing analysis.
4.33 After complete data acquisition we can see the results using Results tab.
4.34 We can save this results in desired location and format using available results templets. This can be managed by Output
command as shown below.

4.35 We can also take print of report by selecting right option in output command.
