How it works:
Student is responsible for getting this sheet every morning from their
assigned person who will monitor their plan. It can be a homeroom
teacher, gym teacher or guidance counselor. This person is who they
also turn the sheet in to at the end of the day to calculate how many
points they have earned. The student should be working to reach a
daily and weekly goal and be rewarded if they meet the goal. It is the
students responsibility to hand the sheet to each teacher at the begin-
ning of class and to pick it back up from them at the end of class so
they can discuss how they are doing.
