Video Editing Agreement

This Agreement is made and entered into as of 27/04/2025, by and between:

Client: Focus Wave Limited


Video Editor: Jai Srivastava

1. Scope of Work

The Video Editor agrees to provide the following services each month for the Client:

30 short-form videos (up to 60 seconds each)

8 long-form videos (over 5 minutes each, as per project needs)

All videos must meet the agreed-upon brand style, quality standards, and deadlines.

2. Term

This agreement will be for a period of three (3) months starting from 27/04/2025 and ending
on 27/07/2025, unless terminated earlier according to the terms herein.

3. Compensation

The Client agrees to pay the Video Editor $1,000 (USD) per month.

Payment will be made on the 28th of each month via PayPal.

5. Ownership

Upon full payment, the Client will own the final delivered video files.

The Video Editor may use the work in their portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days’ written notice.

In case of termination, the Video Editor will be compensated for all completed work up to the
termination date.

7. Confidentiality

The Video Editor agrees to maintain confidentiality of all materials, concepts, and projects
shared by the Client.

8. Miscellaneous

This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties.

Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
