SHARP HVAC Services was established in 2014. We entered into light commercial, VRF
and HVAC contracting business by serving some of the major retailers & real Estate
clients like Pantaloons, MAX Lifestyle Retail, Cocoberry, Future Retail, SBI, BOI and
Rustomjee Builders . We undertake Hi Side, Low Side and all kinds of AMC work. We
offer both Preventive as well as Corrective maintenance. Preventative maintenance
plays a key role in keeping the HVAC equipment at its optimal performance level.

We focus on international quality air-conditioning for commercial and domestic use,

through ISHRAE,ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA and ANSI standards. Our market coverage
includes both domestic and commercial installations. We provide professional service
and comprehensive project management to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

We focus on excellence and personalized service to provide the highest quality

professional design and installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning
systems. Our staff is experienced working with architects, engineers, owners and
developers as well as plant managers, and other contractors to deliver the highest
quality work within specifications and on schedule.

OWNER:
Mr.Sumer Sodha is the Proprietor of Best Enterprises India and
manages all aspects of HVAC Servicing business such as VRF, NON-VRF,
Ventilation, Smoke Exhaust System which includes everything from
system design, estimation and walk throughs to equipment. His
portfolio ranges from sales and service to project management
including coordination with all principal entities like company, clients,
architects and consultants.

DESIGN:
Our experienced Design team, works for planning and designing of entire system,
providing our customers best options for their requirements.

From the initial concept, whether provided

by the client or taken from site survey, our design team will formulate the very best
solution for the application. The creation of CAD drawings along with full design
information allows our specialist installation teams to deliver a project to the exact
needs of the end user.

PROCUREMENT:
Our Procurement team working for getting materials on timely basis to ensure
minimal time requirement, with constant co-ordination with site execution team
and Projects team, will look after all required material at site in time limit.

EXECUTION :
With 10+ site engineers and 40+ technicians, our team always work for giving best
quality whilst maintaining the standards, to get the work completed within required
time. All our installation and service teams have been trained to the highest
standards to ensure compliance with the original manufacturers install and
warranty expectations.

MAINTENANCE:
With our experienced and skilled personals, working to the best of their ability
whilst meeting the requirements of the customer’s contract, this dedicated team
will complete all identified visual and physical checks as required by the individual
piece of equipment. The flexible approach of the department allows for any
adjustment to the clients needs, as they arise.
