Origins and history of China Tea

Be used as Medicine & Food China tea originates from 2737 BC (earliest in the world), which is discovered and introduced by Shen Nong. Zhou Dynasty (1200 BC-711 BC): Tea becomes well-known among the aristocracy.

Han Dynasty (202 BC-220 ): Tea prevails in the Palace The Northern & Southern Dynasties (420-589): Tea Spreads in folk

Ancient Emperor: Shen Nong

Origins and history of China Tea

Tang Dynasty (618-907): Tea thrives in folk; Master Saichyo introduces it to Japan; First monograph -Tea -comes out. Song Dynasty (960-1279): Tea Game is popular; Tea to guests is an important social etiquette.
Yuan Dynasty (1279-1368): Tea is spread to Russia, the Persian Gulf and the Mediterranean; Milk Tea and Scented Tea appear.

Ming Dynasty (1368-1644): Spread to more other countries in the world; Boiling method is replaced by Brewing method; Tea set appear; Fresh-keeping technique - roasted green tea - is used.
