Evaluation of Tasks

 Fluency: Tasks are evaluated on how well students can maintain the flow of speech.
Fluency is particularly important in tasks that require spontaneous responses, like
debates and discussions.
 Vocabulary and Grammar: Correct vocabulary usage and accurate grammar are
critical for successful oral tasks, especially for discussing complex topics.
 Engagement: Engaging the listener is a key part of tasks like discussions, debates,
and presentations. The student’s ability to stay focused on the topic and present
arguments clearly is evaluated.

Dialogue and Monologue Tasks for Different School
Levels

Elementary School (A1-A2 Level)

Dialogue Task: Shopping for Groceries

o Objective: Teach students how to interact in a simple shopping scenario.


o Task: One student is a customer, and the other is a cashier. The customer
asks for different items, and the cashier responds with prices and
instructions.
o Skills Developed: Basic conversational skills, vocabulary related to shopping,
asking questions, and using numbers.

Monologue Task: Describe Your Favorite Toy

o Objective: Develop the ability to describe objects.


o Task: Students describe their favorite toy, talking about its size, color, and
why they like it.
o Skills Developed: Descriptive language, use of adjectives, and personal
expression.

Middle School (B1-B2 Level)

Dialogue Task: Making Plans for the Weekend

High School (C1 Level)
