BANK ACCOUNT – STANDARD BANK

STEP 1:

 Contributor completes deposit


 Make sure the reference is correct
 Contributor makes deposit or EFT or D/order

STEP 2:

 Contributor submits proof of deposit to Local Coordinator

STEP 3:

 Coordinator submits proof of deposits to office


 Project Administrator verifies online submission

STEP 4:

 Office captures the deposits on the System


 Office reconciles deposits submitted with the bank statement

STEP 5:

 Office sends individual statements to members or contributors
