Refund Policy: For refund requests, we can only reimburse the fee excluding the VAT, which is non-
refundable. To initiate a refund, you must do so at least one WORKING day prior to the session;
same-day requests will not be accepted and not refund.

EXAM FAIL CRITERIA:

In Case if someone fail the one of the subjects or all the subjects following criteria to follow:

1- Only 2 re-tests available.

2- Every Monday Only, there is a re-test schedule and prior booking is must. Without booking examiner will
not entertain you. So, please ensure that there must be booking before your visit to the training centre.
You can book the exam through the same person who register you at the start.

CERTIFICATION:

1. Certificate will be available the very next day. You can collect from our location 5th floor, office # 5013.

2. If you need the certificate right after the session, please inform the Sales Executive who register
you. They can reach out to the certification department to arrange for expedited processing.
Keep in mind that availability may depend on the exam timing; if the exam ends after 3:00 PM,
the certificate might only be ready on the next working day.

3. There is a break time between 1200 pm to 0100 pm (Please don’t visit during that time)

Human Assets Training Institute Dress Code Policy:

The Human Assets Training Institute dress code policy is designed to help us all provide a
consistent professional appearance to our customers and colleagues. Our appearance
reflects on ourselves and the company. The goal is to be sure that we maintain a positive
appearance and not to offend customers, clients, or colleagues, with immediate effect the
following are not permitted as part of dress on any day of the week.

(1) Employees/ trainees / External trainers must always present a clean, professional
appearance. Everyone is expected to be well-groomed and wear clean clothing, free
of holes, tears, or other signs of wear.
(2) Untidy Shirts – this concerns both male and female Shirts, if they are worn over pants
must be square bottomed and not scalloped at the two (2) sides.
(3) Slippers – Slippers are not permitted, except in cases of injury to your body, in which
case you must so indicate to your supervisor/ Training Dept.
(4) Clothing with offensive or inappropriate designs or stamps are not allowed of any
kind whether it is
“I love New York” “I love Guyana” etc. Or clothes advertising football team members
or institutions.
(5) Clothing should not be too revealing.
(6) Clothing and grooming styles dictated by religion or ethnicity are exempt

Who does this policy apply to?


The Human Assets Training Institute dress code policy applies to staff and trainees.

Dress Code Violations


Managers or supervisor are expected to inform employees/ trainees when they are violating
the dress code. Employees/ trainees in violation are expected to immediately correct the
issue. This may include having to leave work/ class to change clothes.

Repeated violations or violations that have major repercussions may result in disciplinary
action being taken up to and including termination.
