    * Any change in the date of holiday in respect of Idu'l Fitr, if necessary, depending upon the sighting of the Moon and accordingly announced by the Government of India through TV/Radio/Newspapers etc., will automatically be effected in lieu of the above date (20th August, 2012). In addition to above, two optional holidays may be availed of by the employees with prior permission. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
