Elaborate on your training plan. What are the main types of training that will be rolled out. How will
this training be funded. At what stage will this training be performed. How does the SIP decide on the
types of training.

Programme Plan

Elaborate on your overall programme plan with reference to key milestones. When will participants
be contracted. What are the average team sizes. When will key partners be contracted in. How often
will the various sites be visited and monitored by the lead SIP. Elaborate on other key aspects of the
programme plan.

 What amount of external funding (cash and in-kind) can the SIP contribute to the proposed
work programme

 What level of external funding can the SIP introduce. Include a % of likelihood of these funds
flowing.

Include a list of names of individuals who’s salaries will be paid using this fee.
What is the total M&E per the final budget. Who will perform this M&E. How will the SIP ensure this
M&E budget is sufficient for monitoring efforts.
