In Case 17, both feeders are operating in parallel, which means they are supplying power
to the system together.

Currently, neither feeder is tripped, faulty, or without power — so both are sharing the
load normally.

If in this case one feeder loses power or gets disconnected, the other feeder will continue
to supply power to the entire healthy network. This is only possible because both feeders
are running in parallel, allowing load sharing and backup support in case one feeder fails.
