IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Please bring the Hall Ticket (Admit Card) along with photo identity proof in original and its photocopy. The candidates are required
to bring “BLACK BALL POINT PEN” ,transparent Water Bottle with him/her. They are not allowed to bring any other articles to the
examination hall.
1. Please hand over this Hall Ticket (Admit Card) along with photocopy of photo identity proof duly stapled together to the Invigilator in the
Examination Hall.
2. Check the Hall Ticket (Admit Card) carefully. If any discrepancy is found, bring it to the notice of SSB immediately.
3. The candidate is responsible for the safe custody of the Hall Ticket (Admit Card) and in the event of any other person using the Hall Ticket
(Admit Card), the candidate will be prosecuted along with the impersonator.
4. The candidate is not allowed to enter the examination hall/room after the commencement of the examination.
5. The candidate is not allowed to appear at a Centre other than the one allotted.
6. The candidate is required to go through the “Instructions to the Candidates” given in the Test Booklet and OMR Answer Sheet.
7. The candidate’s candidature to the examination is purely provisional. The candidature is liable for rejection in the event of any
inadequacy/deficiency found at any stage and is subject to the fulfillment of terms and conditions laid down in the Common Prospectus.
8. Calculators, Mobile Phones, Pagers and other Electronic / Communication devices are not allowed within the examination premises.
9. Authorities of the Examination Centres will not be responsible for the safe custody of belongings of the candidates.
10. The Second Copy of OMR Answer Sheet along with the Test Booklet is to be retained by the candidate after the Examination is over.
11. There will be100 questions in the Test Booklet. Each question will comprise 4 answers. The correct answer has to be darkened in
the OMR Answer Sheet by black ball point pen. For each correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded and each wrong answer will
result in a negative marking of 0.25 mark.
