Job Description:
iSchool is a leading e-learning company that offers an immersive online coding
platform designed to help students between 6 to 18 years old learn programming and
artificial intelligence. Our mission is to empower our students with the core concepts of
coding and AI that will enable them to become innovators in their respective fields.

We are currently seeking a Coding Instructor who is fluent in English and passionate
about teaching young minds. The ideal candidate will possess teaching experience,
exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of coding principles.

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days Friday to Tuesday

Working Hours:Session 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Schedule Five 1-hour sessions per day and the sessions’ times
are:
●​ 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
●​ 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
●​ 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM ( Shifted in Ramadan )
●​ 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
●​ 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Training Paid training if the tutor is accepted into the role.

Responsibilities:
●​ Deliver engaging coding classes in a fluent English environment, ensuring
clarity and understanding for all students.
●​ Create interactive lesson plans tailored to various learning styles and skill
levels.
●​ Facilitate hands-on coding activities that encourage creativity and
problem-solving.
●​ Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote
improvement.
●​ Foster a positive and collaborative classroom environment that motivates
students to excel.
●​ Teach programming fundamentals and basic AI concepts in a fun,
simplified way.
●​ Write student feedback reports after each session.
●​ Study and follow the iSchool-specified curriculum during the training
phase
●​

Requirements:
●​ Strong programming and AI knowledge.
●​ Experience working with kids (preferred).
●​ Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
●​ Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
●​ Prior experience in teaching or tutoring coding to children or young adults
is preferred.
●​ Strong coding skills and proficiency in one or more programming
languages such as Python, Java, or Scratch.
●​ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
●​ Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to diverse
learners.
●​ Passion for education and technology, with a desire to make a positive
impact on students' lives.
●​ Exempt from or completed military service.

Day 5 ●​ Continue study plan ( Course / Module 4 )
