Handling Activities – Project management, Quality Systems.

 Monitor the Objectives achievement through a risk assessment follow up based on FMEA (Failure
Mode & Effects Analysis), Special characteristics, MSA & Poka yoke implementation, etc.…
 Ensuring projects meet deadlines and leading process review at time.
 Lead the development and production process for measurement, checking and testing fixtures
and gauges and preparation & review of Inspection report.
 To make a plan for trainings related to process & product and documentations of New product.

 Identify the initial program Quality Objectives, Built up the Quality management plan (APQP) and
ensure the regular follow up along with CFT.

 Handle all Product Technical issue @ Customer till 6 month form SOP & initiate quick containment
