The fees indicated above include TUITION AND STUDENTS’ UNION FEES.
All our courses are offered on day-release. However, we have limited boarding facilities which are highly competitive subject to availability of space. Whenever the
space is available, a student pays an additional K390,000.00/Term in full on top of the tuition fees. PLEASE DO NOT deposit boarding fees into the college’s account
before seeking approval from the Continuing Education Programmes Office.
DO NOT deposit examination fees into the college’s account without authority. NOTE: Claims for refunds are not permitted.
Examination fees are paid separately and directly to examining bodies where applicable.

ENTRY QUALIFICATION AND APPLICATION PROCEDURE

For trade related courses, we require a pass at MSCE Level; those with credits in science subjects stand a better chance.
For all other courses, we require a strong pass in English at MSCE; those with credits and above have an added advantage.
Application and Registration fee of MK10,000.00 must be deposited into the college’s National Bank account and attach the deposit slip to this form.
Filled Forms may be sent by post or emailed to the addresses overleaf or simply submit the filled form at the college.

PAYMENT TERMS
Fees are payable in one instalment. Where it’s not possible to pay full amount, you can pay in two instalments with an initial deposit of 70% on commencement of
studies and the balance at the end of the next month.
Fees must be deposited directly into the college account as follows:

*FEES ONCE PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE UNLESS WHERE THE COLLEGE IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE(S) PAID FOR.
*WHENEVER REFUNDS ARE DUE, THE COLLEGE SHALL WITHHOLD 10% OF THE AMOUNT PAID TO THE COLLEGE AS A PROCESSING FEE.
