To insert a pivot table in Microsoft Excel, follow

these steps:

1. Select the data you want to use to create the

pivot table. This can be a range of cells, or a
named range.
2. On the Insert tab, click the PivotTable
button.
3. In the Create PivotTable dialog box, verify
that the selected data is correct, and then Transform from general into percentage
click OK.
Use the pasted data if you want to visualize
4. The pivot table will be inserted on a new
worksheet. You can then drag and drop
fields from the field list into the pivot table
to create your desired layout. Ctrl shift down insert pivot table
5. If you want to change the layout or format of
the pivot table, you can use the options in
the PivotTable Tools ribbon.
