Structure Inspection Scope of Work

The following activities are included in the scope of work for the inspection of steel
structures:

1. Visual Inspection

- Perform a comprehensive visual inspection of the structural elements and weld joints
for any visible defects, misalignments, or abnormalities.

2. Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT) of Weld Joints (Random)

- Conduct random dye penetrant testing on selected weld joints to detect surface-
breaking defects.

3. Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging (UTG) of Structure

- Measure the thickness of structural components using ultrasonic thickness gauging

to assess material integrity and corrosion levels.

4. Levelness Check

- Verify the levelness and alignment of structural members using appropriate leveling
instruments.

5. Torque Inspection of Bolts (As per Drawing)

- Inspect and verify the torque values of bolts as per the specified torque requirements
indicated in the approved drawings.

6. Submission of Visual Integrity Report

- Prepare and submit a detailed visual integrity report documenting all findings,
