● WhatsApp Bot Integration: All activities are managed through a WhatsApp bot, enabling users to perform

quotes for comparison, helping them choose the best option.
● Payment System: Successfully integrated Razorpay, allowing users to make payments directly from WhatsApp.
Responsibilities:
● I built a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with three modules: Admin, Service Center,
Warehouse and Partner. They maintained and added new features to the CRM and Mobile application.
● I worked on several modules, including building an API to assist partners in registering their leads on the CRM
system. They also developed a module to read emails and extract information from attached documents to
develop a tentative booking.
● I automated the process to assign service center & engineer on the basis of pincode & product.
● An inventory system was also created to manage spare parts(MSL) stock and their usage history, maintaining a
spare part journey from customer to the company's warehouse.
● To ensure on-time delivery, the Tracking Mode API was integrated to track courier locations.
● Additionally, an invoice module was developed, automatically generating and sending invoices to the partner and
service center. The module also tracked pending, upcoming, and received payments.

Project Profile: 247around serves as an appliance buddy for all home appliance post-purchase needs i.e. from
installation to disposal. One can book a service either through Android App, website or call center.
Responsibilities:
● Built a CRM system with 4 different modules for Admin, Service Center, Warehouse and Partners.
● Maintain and add new features in CRM & Website.
● Worked on Module:
○ Built an api to help partners register their leads on the CRM system, this helped in automation of the
lead generation process and saved a lot of time for the partners.
○ Developed a module to read email and pass information from attached documents to the CRM system
and develop a tentative booking.
○ Integrated Exotel api in the CRM system which helps call center executives to connect directly with
the customer.
○ Used Msg91’s api to regularly update customers and vendors on the progress via SMS.
○ Automated the process of service support at customer’s location. Along with that the system
automatically calculates the fair, estimated time to reach and shows directions via map to the
support engineer.
○ Developed a payment tracker for prepaid/postpaid services provided to the partner.
○ Developed an inventory system to manage stock of spare parts and their usage history. It also
maintains a used part journey from customer to company’s warehouse.
○ Integrated Tracking Mode api to track courier location of the spare parts to ensure on time delivery.
