Overcoming Fears With Angels
Overcoming Fears With Angels
Origins of Fear
Fear evolved to protect us and has a survival function. When we are confronted with a
physical threat, our bodies change to prepare us to fight or flee (the "fight or flight"
reaction). If you notice a threat before it reaches you, you have a better chance of surviving.
If you see a snake with yellow and brown stripes and you know it has murdered five people,
you know it is deadly and should avoid it. We fought or fled when we lived in caves.
Early people had little influence over their existence. Everyone's life was unstable and
uncertain. And besides wild beasts that could be seen, and which could in fact harm them,
there were many other things to be afraid of that were not so easy to understand or see,
some of which could not possibly harm anyone. The phases of the moon were mysteries,
and some people were afraid of a full moon, culminating with maddening connections
between the moon and lunacy. A solar eclipse was terrifying. Thunder and lightning could
be heard and seen, but they were difficult to comprehend. They were terrifying. If you lived
on a plain near a high, snow-covered, impenetrable mountain, that could be a source of
terror as well—a boundary between the familiar and the unknown.
Other people who spoke a different language might make one scared; some were
dangerous, but some were not. Thus, otherness was born. There were a plethora of things
to be terrified of thus beliefs and rituals emerged, to make sense of them and lessen their
effects. It didn't matter if these rituals had anything to do with reality; they were pacifying.
And then after trying rituals for years with some not so prominent results human beings are
seeking more, more than the rituals. It also created the curiosity to seek more questions
and thus more awareness. Awareness of the invisible. There may have been many things
that people may never come to unanimous agreement except for the fact that there is some
force, invisible and powerful. Some call it GOD, some call it Universe, some Source, there
may be many names and that force has created us all and that force also created many
invisible being to contribute to us. This is the information that I knew as a kid and then I
resisted or rather questioned as a teenager and then started wondering about as I grew and
embraced again as I evolved.
People in this world have witnessed and experienced so many horrifying things that makes
them dread to ever experience the same for self and the family, which led to many
conclusions, most of all NEVER BE ALONE, especially if you are a woman as women have
faced more tyranny than men. We move back and forth between fear of “real” danger and
mild anxiety, between anxiety and phobia, between paranoia and panic. Without realizing
the fact that fear in fact never helps. As people are living oblivion of the fact that they are in
fact never alone, they always have their invisible friends around them. You can give them
any name or call them Angels. They are there, yet there is Fear. Its about what are people
focusing on and what are people choosing.
What Is Fear?
Biochemical Reaction
Fear is a natural feeling that serves as a defense mechanism. Our bodies react in various
ways when we are confronted with a perceived threat. Fear causes us to sweat, increase
our heart rate, and produce high quantities of adrenaline, which makes us incredibly alert.
This bodily response, often known as the "fight or flight" response, prepares your body to
either engage in conflict or flee. This metabolic process is most likely a result of evolution.
It's a natural reaction that's essential to our survival.
Emotional Response
Fear, on the other hand, is a highly customized emotional response. Fear can be regarded
as enjoyable in certain circumstances, such as when watching scary movies, because it
involves some of the same chemical processes in our brains as positive feelings like
enjoyment and excitement. Some people are adrenaline junkies who thrive on extreme
sports and other adrenaline-pumping thrills. Others have a negative reaction to dread and
avoid fear-inducing circumstances like the plague. The bodily reaction to fear is the same,
but depending on the person, the feeling of fear might be positive or negative.
Symptoms of Fear
Fear frequently manifests itself in both bodily and emotional manifestations. Fear manifests
itself in different ways for different people, however the following are some of the most
prevalent indications and symptoms:
Chest pain
Chills
Dry mouth
Nausea
Rapid heartbeat
Shortness of breath
Sweating
Trembling
Upset stomach
People may suffer psychological symptoms such as being overwhelmed, disturbed, feeling
out of control, or a sense of imminent death in addition to physical signs of terror.
Key Secret element of Fear
Thought is the most highly organized form of energy known to man, and this is an age of
experimentation and research that is sure to bring us into greater understanding of that mysterious
force called thought, which reposes within us. We have already found out enough about the human
mind to know that a man may throw off the accumulated effects of a thousand generations of fear,
through the aid of the principle of Auto-suggestion. We have already discovered the fact that fear is
the chief reason for poverty and failure and misery that takes on a thousand different forms. We
have already discovered the fact that the man who masters fear may march on to successful
achievement in practically any undertaking, despite all efforts to defeat him.
The development of self-confidence starts with the elimination of this demon called fear, which sits
upon a man's shoulder and whispers into his ear, "You can't do it - you are afraid to try - you are
afraid of public opinion - you are afraid that you will fail - you are afraid you have not the ability."
You can study the list and make note of your own fears and ascertain under which of the six
headings you can classify them.
As the first step in the elimination of these six fears let us examine the sources from whence we
inherited them.
All that man is, both physically and mentally, he has come through two forms of heredity. One is
known as physical heredity and the other is called social heredity.
Through the law of physical heredity every generation through which man has passed has added to
his nature something of the traits, habits and physical appearance of that generation. Man's physical
inheritance, therefore, is a heterogeneous collection of many habits and physical forms.
Science seems to have little, if any, doubt that while the six basic fears of man could not have been
inherited through physical heredity (these six basic fears being mental states of mind and therefore
not capable of transmission through physical heredity), it is obvious that through physical heredity a
most favourable lodging place for these six fears has been provided. However as you dive deeper
into the Energy Awareness, you realize that many a times we pick up from our parents
(energetically) the energy of not just our parents but also the ancestors.
For example, it is a well-known fact that the whole process of physical evolution is based upon
death, destruction, pain and cruelty; that the elements of the soil of the earth find transportation, in
their upward climb through evolution, based upon the death of one form of life in order for another
and higher form may subsist. All vegetation lives by "eating" the elements of the soil and the
elements of the air. All forms of animal life live by "eating" some other and weaker form, or some
form of vegetation. The cells of all vegetation have a very high order of intelligence. The cells of all
animal life likewise have a very high order of intelligence. Undoubtedly the animal cells of a fish
have learned, out of bitter experience, that the group of animal cells known as a fish hawk are to be
greatly feared. Because of the fact that many animal forms (including that of most men) live by
eating the smaller and weaker animals, the "cell intelligence" of these animals which enter into and
become a part of man brings with it the FEAR growing out of their experience in having been eaten
alive.
Now logically and scientifically above is a great explanation yet what science and logic has not yet
come to the awareness of is that, we have lived many lives before this and most of us had been
through the life times where we had life threatening exposure to other predators and thus those
fears stays in the vibration of our being, creating energy contractions this feeling like fear. I have
witnessed many times during a past life therapy sessions that a root cause of a phobia or fear goes
to the person either dying in some life because of that thing they are so scared of or experiencing
some pain sometime in current life or previous life.
By far the most important part of man's make-up comes to him through the law of social heredity,
this term having reference to the methods by which one generation imposes upon the minds of the
generation under its immediate control the superstitions, beliefs, legends and ideas which it, in turn,
inherited from the generation preceding.
The term "social heredity" should be understood to mean any and all sources through which a
person acquires knowledge, such as schooling or religious and all other natures; reading, word of
mouth conversation, story-telling and all manner of thought inspiration coming from what is
generally accepted as one's "personal experiences."
Through the operation of the law of social heredity anyone having control of the mind of a child may,
through intense teaching, plant in that child's mind any idea, whether false or true, in such a manner
that the child accepts it as true and it becomes as much a part of the child's personality as any cell
or organ of its physical body (and just as hard to change in its nature).
REMEMBER that when you make an appointment with another person you assume the
responsibility of punctuality, and that you have not the right to be a single minute late.
It is through the law of social heredity that the family, culture, religion etc. plants in the child mind
dogmas and creeds and religious ceremonies too numerous to describe, holding those ideas before
that mind until the mind accepts them and forever seals them as a part of its irrevocable belief.
The mind of a child which has not come into the age of general understanding, during an average
period covering, let us say, the first two years of its life, is open, clean and free. Any idea planted in
such a mind by one in whom the child has confidence takes root and grows, so to speak, in such a
manner that it never can be eradicated or wiped out, no matter how opposed to logic or reason that
idea may be.
Many people claim that they can so deeply implant the tenets of their beliefs in the mind of a child
that there never can be room in that mind for any other beliefs, either in whole or in part. The claims
are not greatly overdrawn.
The reason we are mentioning this here is because with this explanation of the manner in which the
law of social heredity operates you will be ready to examine the sources from which man inherits the
six basic fears. Moreover, any person may check the soundness of the principle of social heredity
as it is here applied to the six basic fears, without going outside of his or her own personal
experiences.
It is however important to lay aside your prejudices and preconceived ideas (you may always go
back and pick them up again, you know) while we study the origin and nature of man's Six Worst
Enemies, the six basic fears, beginning with:
The fear of poverty grew out of man's social inheritance of the belief system of “not enough” as
human beings are physical beings and we think we survive on the physical “things” and we either
learn it from the fellow human beings or conclude it from our own experience that there are limited
resources available so one has to fight and work hard to survive and if we won’t we will be deprived
of the basics and thus the fear of poverty prevails.
Every country and every civilization has their own definition of poverty, yet the fear of Poverty or
going below the basic survival standards of his fellow beings around has been an innate fear in the
human being. It is believed that - Nothing brings man so much suffering and humiliation as does
POVERTY. No wonder man FEARS poverty. Many marriages have their beginning (and oftentimes
their ending) solely on the basis of the wealth possessed by one or both of the contracting parties. It
is no wonder that the divorce courts are busy!
The fear of poverty is taking away more people’s peace of mind than any other emotion. Yet only
and only if human being would learn and practice the simple yet profound tools of Law of Attraction
and know that we have very powerful very helpful beings all around us called our Angels that are
their to help us as we ask. The ones who learns this stops worrying and being scared and instead
starts trusting, asking and receiving.
Mainly this fear grows out of two sources. The thought that Old Age may bring with it poverty,
dependency or inabilities. The fear of old age has its roots in the human beings resistance to
change and also into what one has seen and learnt about old age while growing up. While on the
contrary we are now seeing people living longer and healthier life. Living a holistic life can contribute
to people living a fulfilling and phenomenal life even in the old age. You can call upon archangel
Jophiel and Raphel for Beauty and Healing.
Though it is hard to determine how human beings developed this fear, yet it is for sure most
prominent fear today. I can tell from my life experience that most of my fears were planted in me by
my family or religion or society and social media. I sense the root cause of this fear is a human
beings need to be accepted and validated. If a person out-creates one’s need to be accepted and
validated he/she will not be at the effect of the Fear of Criticism. This also births the Fear of Missing
Out and Fear of Being Alone.
The makers of all manner of clothing and cosmetics have capitalize this basic fear of Criticism in all
the possible ways. Every season, it will be observed, the "styles" in many articles of wearing apparel
change. Who establishes the "styles"? Certainly not the purchaser of clothes, but the manufacturer
of clothes. Why does he change the styles so often? Obviously this change is made so that the
manufacturer can sell more clothes.
If you find yourself constantly fearing other people’s criticism call upon Archangel Michael and
Sandalphon for Courage and self-expression.
4. THE FEAR OF LOSS OF LOVE OF SOMEONE:
This fear originated out of persons need to feel loved and secured. When the environment
(family/society/culture/media) plants a belief in a person’s mind that 1) it is not easy to find love and
2) you can only truly love one person intimately. These thoughts make a person seek surety,
stability and security in relationships. But then if for any reason what so ever, be it deceit, disease or
death if a person loses a lover or loved one it becomes painful only to the extent the person has
fixated the surety, stability and security of one’s own life into the other person’s hands. Thus, people
fear losing a loved one or the love of someone as they actually fear going through the pain they will
experience.
We have many movies and novels and stories to back a belief that the fear of the Loss of Love of
Someone is one of the most painful of all the six basic fears. And it seems reasonable to add that
this fear plays more havoc with the human mind than do any of the other six basic fears, often
leading to the more violent forms of permanent insanity.
Releasing this fear requires a deep understanding of the cycle of life and death and karma. Also
knowing that we are never alone, we always have our angels around us contributing to us and
loving us. Very few people know about Archangel Azrael who is an angel to help people process
through grief and for moving on.
The fear of Ill Health must needs be closely associated with both Poverty and Old Age, because it
also leads toward the border line of "terrible worlds" of which man knows not, but of which he has
heard some discomforting stories.
I suspects if those who are engaged in the business of selling good health methods have had
considerable to do with keeping the fear of Ill Health alive in the human mind. If a man gains his
living from keeping people in good health it seems but natural that he would use every means at his
command for persuading people that they needed his services. Thus, in time, it might be that people
would inherit a fear of Ill Health.
Our choices in current and previous lifetimes contribute to us having the body we have. We can call
upon Raphael or my favourite Sai Baba for healing self and others.
For most people on the planet this is the worst of all the six basic fears, and the terrible pangs of
fear associated with DEATH may be charged directly to fear of unknown, clearly no one knows
where we have come from before we are born and where we go after we die yet that is not the
complete picture of the fear of death. For hundreds of millions of years man has been asking the still
unanswered (and, it may be, the unanswerable) questions, "WHENCE?" and "WHITHER?" "Where
did I come from and where am I going after death?"
Whether you believe in life after death or not, living in the present moment is actually all that
matters. Death will come when death will come, let us not die as long as we live.
Conclusion
It is great to use fear as an emotion that gives you awareness of any upcoming danger or
discomfort so that you can change the course of your actions and be safe and always growing but
many times people freeze up in fear and that is exactly where one needs to connect with the powers
of the Universe seek more courage and clarity and take actions. No fear can stop a person if this is
always kept in mind and in action.
