resolution.

Please be advised that if I do not receive a satisfactory response and resolution within the
stipulated timeframe, I will be compelled to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not
limited to filing a consumer complaint with the appropriate consumer forum, seeking
compensation for damages, and initiating legal proceedings at your cost and risk.
