While I haven't worked directly in a traditional BPO setup, I have extensive experience
supporting business processes through ITSM tools like ServiceNow, HP Service Manager
and Jira Service Management. I’ve worked closely with global teams—including BPO
vendors—to manage incidents, service requests, and change processes. My role involved
streamlining workflows, ensuring SLAs were met, and improving service delivery, which
aligns well with the goals of BPO operations
What’s your current project that you’re involved with and what is all about?
Answer:
I’m currently working as a Salesforce Administrator on a production support project. We
handle real-time issues faced by customers or end users during merchant onboarding, which
is a key part of the organization’s product workflow. Our responsibilities include resolving
user management issues, performing configuration changes, and addressing any
production-level problems that impact the onboarding process or related functionalities
