 All dimensions are in mm. (unless specified otherwise)
 All sheets should have border line, title box
 Students may use more than one sheet only if necessary

Questions

1. A cone base 75 mm diameter and axis 100 m long, has its base on the HP. A section plane parallel
to one of the end generators and perpendicular to the FP cuts the cone intersecting the axis at a point
75 mm from the base. Draw the development of all the surfaces of the cone. (20)

2. Draw the development of all the surfaces of a rectangular pyramid of side 30mm by 45 mm and
height 60mm such that the 45 mm side makes an angle of 300 to the XY. The axis is perpendicular
to the HP. (15)

3. Draw the development of all the surfaces of a pentagonal prism (side of base = 50 mm and height =
100 mm) is resting on its base on the ground with axis parallel to frontal plane and perpendicular to
the horizontal plane. One of the sides of the base makes an angle of 30 0 to the XY. The prism is cut
by a section plane perpendicular to the VP and inclined at 600 to the HP and cuts the axis of the
pentagon at a height of 40 mm from the top. (20)
