SUGGESTION
72
NSIC should make more efforts to spread the awareness about its Raw Material Assistance scheme through newspaper, internet, T.V. or other electronic media. NSIC should decrease the rate of interest on the Raw Material Assistance scheme. NSIC should decrease the process rate under Raw Material Assistance and as well as simplify documentation process. NSIC should be providing the Raw Material Assistance scheme to SSIs as soon as possible.
CONCLUSION
73
To provide Raw Material Assistance scheme to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) who cannot afford raw material for manufacturing but the main objective of NSIC to promote the business and develop SSIs is not fulfill because the rate of interest and process charges is very high.
Under Raw Material Assistance scheme financial support also provide against bank guarantee for which NSIC charges interest rate and process charges.
